This study looks at how viruses like HPV, HIV, and EBV change the environment around tumors and why some cancers resist treatment. If you have one of these virus-related cancers, your tumor samples will be studied to better understand resistance and find new treatment options.

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have one of these cancers: HPV-related or non-HPV oropharynx cancer, HIV-related or HPV-related non-small cell lung cancer, certain large B-cell lymphomas, or certain anal canal cancers.
  • You must have tumor tissue from a biopsy or surgery taken before you started cancer treatment.
  • You must be able to sign a consent form and be covered by French social security.
