Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have primary membranous nephropathy (a kidney condition where the filters in your kidneys become inflamed).
- Your kidney function is at a certain minimum level (estimated glomerular filtration rate of 40 or higher).
- You have high protein in your urine (more than 3.5 grams in a 24-hour urine sample).
- You either have not had prior immunosuppressive treatments (like rituximab, cyclophosphamide, or tacrolimus) or had them but the disease came back after a period of improvement.
- Your blood pressure is controlled (systolic ≤140 mmHg and diastolic ≤90 mmHg).
