Study of JMT601 for adults with membranous nephropathy

Primary Membranous Nephropathy

Treatments studied

Part of Immune system & allergy, Kidney & urinary clinical trials.

This study tests a new drug called JMT601 for people with primary membranous nephropathy, a kidney condition that causes protein in the urine. The goal is to see if JMT601 is safe and effective in reducing protein loss and protecting kidney function.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with primary membranous nephropathy by kidney biopsy (either now or within the last 2 years).
  • Your kidney function is at least 40% of normal, based on a blood or urine test.
  • Your 24-hour urine protein is greater than 3.5 grams (a sign of active disease).
  • Your blood pressure is controlled (systolic under 140 and diastolic under 90).
  • You have not had certain prior treatments, or you relapsed after them and have not been treated again.

Subcutaneous anti-CD20 antibody for primary membranous nephropathy

This Phase 1 study tests a skin-under-the-bone (subcutaneous) antibody medicine that targets CD20 on certain immune cells. It aims to see safety and how the drug may work in people with primary membranous nephropathy, a kidney disease that can cause high urine protein.

Testing a new drug for primary membranous nephropathy

This trial tests a new drug called ALXN1920 for adults with primary membranous nephropathy (PMN), a kidney disease where the immune system attacks the kidneys. It is for people at high risk of their disease getting worse, and it compares the new drug added to standard care versus standard care alone.

Real-world study of primary membranous nephropathy

This study looks at how well a treatment works for people with primary membranous nephropathy (PMN), a kidney condition. It is meant for patients who still have high protein in their urine despite taking standard blood pressure medicines.

Rituximab with steroids or rituximab alone for membranous kidney disease

This trial studies how well rituximab works in primary membranous nephropathy (a kidney condition) either by itself or with corticosteroids (steroids). It aims to see which approach controls protein leakage in the urine and protects kidney function.
