  • You are 1 month after giving birth
  • You are exclusively breastfeeding
  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • Your baby was born full-term (at least 37 weeks) and is healthy
  • You had a normal pregnancy and birth
  • You live in Lebanon
  • You plan to exclusively breastfeed for at least 2 more months
  • You do not have thyroid disease, epilepsy, psychosis, bipolar disorder, or mastitis
  • You are not taking certain medications (like metoclopramide, domperidone, or blood thinners)
  • You do not smoke or drink alcohol
