This trial tests if removing a uterine septum (a wall-like tissue inside the womb) through a minimally invasive procedure helps women who have not had repeated miscarriages get pregnant naturally. Who can take part

  • You have a uterine septum (extra tissue dividing the womb) diagnosed by ultrasound.
  • You have never been pregnant, or you have had 1 live birth, 1 biochemical pregnancy, or 1 pregnancy that stopped growing. You may also have treatable infertility (like blocked tubes).
  • You are between 20 and 40 years old.
  • You plan to try to get pregnant naturally (not through IVF).
  • Your ovarian reserve is normal (AMH over 1.1 and FSH under 12).
  • Your partner's semen is generally normal.
