  • You must be an international student at Sakarya University in Turkey.
  • You need to speak Turkish at a C1 level (advanced).
  • You must be willing to take part and give your consent.
  • You should be open to communication and cooperation.
  • You cannot have a diagnosed psychiatric illness.
  • Your health perception score must be below average and your risky behaviors score above average on the study's surveys.
