AI tool to find sperm in surgery samples for male infertility

Who can take part

  • You are a male who has been diagnosed with infertility caused by non-obstructive azoospermia (no sperm in your semen, not due to a blockage).
  • You are scheduled for microsurgical testicular sperm extraction (micro-TESE) at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
  • During your surgery, the regular manual search for sperm does not find enough usable sperm.
