  • You are between 40 and 60 years old.
  • You have been on hemodialysis for at least 3 months and are medically stable.
  • You are able to follow simple instructions and can do physical activity.
  • You do not have serious heart or breathing problems that would make exercise unsafe.
  • You do not have a recent acute illness or severe memory or mental health issues.
