  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been on hemodialysis for at least 3 months
  • You do not plan to change your dialysis type, have elective surgery, or move away in the next 6 months
  • You can communicate in English or Spanish and agree to join the study
  • Your dialysis doctor says it is safe for you to exercise
  • You are not currently doing more than 150 minutes per week of prescribed physical activity
