- You are 18 or older
- You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or more) between 30 and 40 weeks
- You already do aerobic exercise (like walking, swimming, or cycling) during pregnancy

- You do not have serious health conditions like uncontrolled diabetes, severe high blood pressure, or lung disease
