Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and the main caregiver for someone receiving PEG feeding.
- The person you care for is over 18, had a stroke at least 6 months ago, and is in palliative care.
- You score 25 or higher on a mini mental test (a short memory and thinking check).
- You score less than 17 on a depression questionnaire (Beck scale) and have no depression diagnosis.
- You are not taking antidepressants or anxiety medication, and have no hearing or vision loss that affects care.
