Who can take part

  • You must be able to speak French for the study.
  • You have not had any back pain in the last year.
  • You have never had back pain lasting more than a week in previous years.
  • No musculoskeletal injury or trunk surgery in the last year.
  • No scoliosis, chronic diseases, or nerve conditions affecting your trunk.
  • Your BMI is under 35, and you are cleared for physical activity.
