  • You are between 18 and 45 years old and have been diagnosed with infertility.
  • You are planning to undergo medically assisted reproduction, including heterosexual couples, same-sex female couples, or single women using artificial insemination, IVF/ICSI, or egg donation.
  • You are not menopausal or peri-menopausal.
  • You are not doing fertility preservation (freezing eggs or embryos for the future).
  • You are open to discussing your chances of having a baby through IVF/ICSI treatment.
