Who can take part

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Had any type or stage of cancer, but finished surgery, chemo, immunotherapy, or radiation at least one month ago (hormone or targeted therapy is okay)
  • Have had constipation symptoms (like straining, hard stools, or fewer than 3 bowel movements a week) for at least 6 months
  • No allergy to herbs or Chinese medicine
  • No serious liver or kidney problems
