- You had at least 8 mature eggs (MII) in your last IVF cycle.
- Sperm comes from a fresh ejaculation with at least 1 million sperm per milliliter and at least 10% moving sperm.
- The sperm sample must be at least 2 milliliters.
- Embryos must be at a certain stage (grade BL3CC or better) when biopsied on day 5, 6, or 7.
- If you are doing PGT-M (testing for a specific genetic condition), this trial is not for you.
