Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your body mass index is between 17 and 38.
  • You speak English fluently and can give your permission to join.
  • You have low current anxiety and depression (less than 8 and 10 on two questionnaires).
  • You have not taken any antidepressant or anxiety medication for at least 1 week before starting.
