Who can take part
- You are a woman between 20 and 40 years old and want to have children in the future.
- You have been diagnosed with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions (scarring inside the uterus) confirmed by a camera test called hysteroscopy.
- You are able to have hysteroscopic surgery and your ovaries are working normally (AMH level >= 1.1 ng/mL or antral follicle count >= 5).
- You do not have active pelvic infection, uterine fibroids > 2 cm, or certain other uterine or health problems.
- You have not used high-dose hormone therapy or steroid medications recently, and you are not allergic to hyaluronic acid (a common gel ingredient).
