Who can take part
- You are 21 years old or older.
- You live in one of nine Western New York counties (Erie, Niagara, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Allegany, Livingston, Genesee, Orleans, Wyoming).
- You smoke at least 5 cigarettes every day and have done so for at least one year.
- You are willing to try a non-combusted oral tobacco product (like snus or dip).
- You have already completed our earlier auction study (I-4008824) and bid on Copenhagen or General Snus.
- You can stop smoking for 8 to 10 hours before each lab visit and pass a breath carbon monoxide test (less than 8 ppm).
- If you are a woman, you agree to take a urine pregnancy test before the study starts.
