Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your cancer must be an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that hasn't responded to standard treatments or has progressed.
  • You need to have at least one measurable tumor and an ECOG score of 0 or 1 (able to do light housework or be fully active).
  • You should not have calcium oxalate kidney stones, G6PD deficiency, or uncontrolled diabetes (fasting blood sugar over 10).
  • Your cancer's catalase test must come back negative, and you can't have brain metastases or active infections like TB, HIV, or hepatitis.
