This trial uses two blood tests (Signatera and Haystack) to look for tiny bits of cancer DNA after surgery, to find out if the cancer comes back as early as possible. People with stage II, III, or IV colorectal cancer who have had or will have surgery to remove their tumor may join.

Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have stage II, III, or IV colorectal cancer and have had or will have surgery to remove your tumor.
- You must be willing to give blood samples every 3 months for the first 2 years after surgery, then every 6 months for the next 3 years.
- You must have tumor tissue available (from your surgery or biopsy) for testing.
- If you have rectal cancer and choose 'watchful waiting' after treatment, you may still join if you have tissue from a prior biopsy.
- You must be able to give informed consent (understand and agree to the study).
