  • Your BMI is between 18.0 and 34.9.
  • You have visible veins in at least one arm for blood draws.
  • You are willing to follow a consistent daily routine and avoid coffee, tea, exercise, and supplements before clinic visits.
  • You have not had major gut surgery, are not on daily anti-inflammatory or antipsychotic drugs, and are not pregnant or nursing.
