- You are between 20 and 37 years old.
- You are undergoing IVF or ICSI with a long-acting GnRH agonist protocol.
- Your LH level is very low (less than 0.5 U/L) after the start of treatment.
- You have a normal uterine cavity (checked by a special exam within the last 6 months).
- You do not have PCOS, endometriosis, or a history of ovarian surgery.
