This study tests whether adding Pain Neuroscience Education (learning how your brain and nerves process pain) to standard physical therapy can help people with new low back pain feel better and move more easily. It's for adults whose pain started within the past 6 weeks and who do not have a serious spine condition.
This trial tests if combining pain neuroscience education with sensory discrimination training helps people with chronic low back pain. It aims to re-train how the brain processes pain signals to reduce pain intensity.
This study tests a type of pain education that helps people understand how their brain and nerves process pain. It aims to reduce pain and fear of movement in people with long-lasting low back pain that has no clear cause.
This trial tests an interdisciplinary program to help people with chronic back pain learn active coping strategies. It may help you manage pain without surgery or medication.
This trial tests whether learning about pain and setting your own exercise goals helps people with long-term low back pain become more active. You will receive online sessions and support to safely increase your physical activity.
This trial studies whether teaching “pain neuroscience” (how pain works in the body and brain) helps people with long-term low back pain move more. It compares an education program as part of a multidisciplinary rehab to usual care during your planned hospital stay.
