Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have regular menstrual cycles lasting 28 to 35 days
- You have PMS symptoms that are fairly severe (scoring 110 or more on a PMS scale)
- You do not have a psychiatric diagnosis and are not taking psychiatric medications
- You do not have a serious chronic illness like diabetes, thyroid disease, or heart disease
- You are not using birth control pills and are not pregnant
- You do not have skin allergies or allergies to kinesio tape
