Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 17 and 35.
  • You are in good general health, with no major heart, lung, liver, kidney, or brain conditions.
  • If you are a woman who can become pregnant, you must use a highly effective form of birth control and have a negative pregnancy test.
  • You are not currently taking daily opioids, naltrexone, or clonidine.
