Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 30 years old
  • You are a dentist with at least 6 months of clinical experience
  • Your forward head angle (CVA) is less than 50 degrees
  • Your BMI is between 18.5 and 30
  • No neck or spine surgery in the past year
  • No diagnosed problems with muscles, nerves, balance, or jaw joint (TMJ)
