  • Between 18 and 40 years old
  • Having a cesarean section under spinal anesthesia (awake, not fully asleep)
  • Generally healthy or only mild health issues (ASA II)
  • No bleeding problems, infections at the injection site, or other conditions that prevent spinal anesthesia
  • Not severely overweight (BMI under 40)
  • No pregnancy-related high blood pressure
