  • You are between 15 and 39 years old
  • You were diagnosed with cancer between ages 12 and 39
  • You finished cancer treatment 1 month to 5 years ago
  • You speak and understand English well
  • You have a smartphone with a data plan
  • You do not have a severe mental illness or current suicidal thoughts with a plan
