Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 60 years old.
- You have high-grade cervical changes (CIN 2/3) caused by HPV type 16 or 18.
- Your colposcopy exam shows the entire affected area is clearly visible and the lesion covers less than 75% of the cervix surface.
- You have normal blood counts, liver and kidney function, and a normal EKG (heart test).
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy, and you agree to use effective birth control while on the study.
- You have not had treatment for cervical HSIL or received a therapeutic HPV vaccine in the last month, and do not have a history of immune system problems or cancer.
