Who can take part
- You are between 45 and 75 years old.
- You get your primary care at one of the following clinics in New Hampshire or Vermont: General Internal Medicine Clinic at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Heater Road Primary Care, Lyme Primary Care, or the White River Junction VA Medical Center.
- Or, you are eligible for the VA's mailed FIT program.
