Who can take part

  • You are a nursing or physiotherapy student at Hong Kong Metropolitan University in specific programs.
  • You are 18 years or older and can read Chinese and English, and speak Cantonese.
  • You are willing to attend a training workshop and do home visits.
  • You are an older adult aged 60 or above, a service user of AKA.
  • You have mild impairments (not bedbound, can do simple exercises).
  • You own a smartphone and can use it, and are willing to receive texts and participate in health surveys and home visits.
