Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are at least 24 weeks pregnant (with a single baby).
  • You speak English, Dutch, Spanish, or Swedish.
  • You have a pregnancy complication that needs your baby's heartbeat to be monitored (CTG).
  • You do not have very high blood pressure that needs IV medicine, and you do not need immediate delivery within 48 hours.
  • You are not currently bleeding, your baby's heartbeat looks normal, and you live within 30 minutes of a hospital.
