Who can take part
- You or your child must be at least 6 months old.
- You must have live head lice (at least 5 adult lice and 5 eggs) on your scalp or hair.
- You must be generally healthy and willing to follow study rules, like not using other lice treatments.
- You and your family must agree to be checked for lice and either join the study or get standard treatment.
- You must not have used any lice treatment in the past 14 days or other scalp products in the past 48 hours.
- You cannot be pregnant or nursing, and must have hair shorter than waist length.
