  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your doctor suspects you have a newly diagnosed glioblastoma from scans.
  • You are healthy enough for brain surgery and standard treatment.
  • You can perform most daily activities on your own (KPS score of 70 or higher).
  • You haven't had a prior biopsy that showed a different type of brain cancer.
  • You have no allergies or contraindications to the drugs or scans used in the trial.
