  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 20 and 35.
  • You must have a good ovarian reserve, measured by an AMH level of at least 1.5 ng/mL.
  • You cannot have low ovarian reserve.
  • You do not need a surgical procedure to retrieve sperm from a partner.
