  • Be 18 to 55 years old
  • Weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs) and have a BMI between 18.5 and 30
  • Be a non-smoker for at least 3 months
  • Have no major health problems like heart, kidney, or liver disease
  • Be willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 30 days after (if you can become pregnant)
  • Avoid certain foods and drinks (like coffee, tea, and citrus) and medicines before the study
