  • You are 65 years old or older
  • You have some level of frailty (as measured by a special score)
  • You are able to take care of basic daily tasks on your own
  • You can do physical exercise like walking or light activity
  • You can understand and communicate in Catalan or Spanish
  • You do not have a serious heart condition or injury that limits movement
