- You must be a woman
- You are between 18 and 100 years old
- You had a benign (non-cancerous) breast biopsy at Mayo Clinic between 2002 and 2022
- You have never been diagnosed with breast cancer
- You did not develop breast cancer within six months after your benign biopsy
- You have not had both breasts surgically removed to prevent cancer
