Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have early-stage breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative.
  • You have been taking an aromatase inhibitor (a type of hormone therapy) for at least 10 weeks but no more than 18 weeks.
  • If you are also taking a CDK4/6 inhibitor, you must have started it at least 6 weeks ago.
  • You are able and willing to do a supervised exercise program, including using a website or app for training sessions.
  • You speak and understand Spanish fluently.
