Who can take part
- You have a type of cervical cancer called squamous cell, adenosquamous, or adenocarcinoma.
- Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (stage IVB) or has come back after treatment and cannot be cured with surgery or radiation.
- Your tumor has a protein called PD-L1, measured as a combined positive score (CPS) of 1 or higher.
- You are in reasonably good health, able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have not had other cancer treatments for this stage of cervical cancer beyond what is allowed in this study.
- You do not have certain other serious medical conditions, like active autoimmune disease, severe dry eye syndrome, or inflammatory bowel disease.
