  • You are generally healthy, with no major medical conditions like heart disease or cancer.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 32, and you weigh more than 50 kilograms (about 110 pounds).
  • You have no history of bleeding problems, blood clots, or abnormal bleeding.
  • You have not received any vaccines in the last 30 days or plan to get one during the study.
  • You have not taken any medications that target your immune system's lymphocytes (a type of white blood cell) in the past 3 months.
  • You do not have any back problems, spinal surgery, or conditions that would make a spinal tap (lumbar puncture) risky.
