Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have a tumor that can be measured on scans and you can provide a tissue sample from a prior biopsy or surgery.
  • You do not have active cancer that has spread to the brain or the lining of the brain.
  • You do not have a history of another cancer in the past 3 years (except for certain early-stage cancers).
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, or immune system problems, or active infections.
