- You are between 45 and 49 years old.
- You are not up to date on colorectal cancer screening (such as colonoscopy, stool tests, or Cologuard).
- You have a primary care doctor at a Penn Internal Medicine or Family Medicine practice.
- You have had a complete blood count (CBC) blood test in the last 12 months.
- You have never had colorectal cancer, a colectomy (colon removal), or stage 4 cancer.
- You do not have a high-risk condition like inflammatory bowel disease or a genetic syndrome that raises colorectal cancer risk.
