  • You are between 18 and 74 years old
  • You weigh more than 88 pounds (40 kg) and less than 300 pounds (136 kg)
  • You can walk on a treadmill without holding the handrails
  • You are a non-smoker or haven't smoked in the last 36 hours
  • You don't have certain heart conditions, blood disorders, or other health issues like diabetes or kidney disease
  • You are willing to remove nail polish from fingers used for testing
