  • You are currently a patient in the geriatric department of Grenoble Mutualist Hospital Group
  • You understand French, including spoken instructions
  • You are able to give your own consent to join the study
  • You do not have a medical or surgical condition that makes moving unsafe
  • You do not have severe memory or thinking problems that prevent you from understanding movement instructions
