Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 55 or older
  • You have been living in Hong Kong for at least one year
  • You have had urine leakage (even small amounts) for at least 6 months
  • You can understand and follow instructions in Chinese or English
  • You do not have certain other serious health conditions (like diabetes, stroke, or cancer) that affect your bladder
