Fractional laser with and without exosomes for male hair loss

Androgenetic Alopecia

This trial tests whether adding exosomes (tiny particles from cells that may help healing) to fractional laser therapy improves hair regrowth in men with male pattern baldness. You will be randomly assigned to get laser on your whole scalp, but only half will also get exosomes applied.

Who can take part

  • You are a man aged 18 to 50 years.
  • You have male pattern baldness that matches stages III to V on the Norwood-Hamilton scale.
  • You have not taken Finasteride, Dutasteride, or Minoxidil pills in the last 6 months.
  • You have not used any hair growth medications (creams, pills, or injections) or received laser/exosome therapy in the last 6 months.
  • You have never had a hair transplant and do not have scalp or health conditions that affect hair growth (like severe anemia, thyroid problems, or immune disorders).
