NCT07546760Recruiting· Phase 1
Study of how liver disease affects two new medications

This research study tests how two experimental drugs (AZD9550 and AZD6234) work in people with different levels of liver function. The goal is to understand whether liver disease changes how the body processes these medications, which may help doctors safely treat patients with liver problems in the future.

Safety study of new drug BMS-986521 in healthy volunteers

This study tests a new investigational drug (BMS-986521) in healthy volunteers to see how safe it is and how the body processes it. It helps researchers decide if the drug can be tested in future studies.

Liver function and study drug processing

This study looks at how the medicine PF-07328948 is processed by people with different levels of liver function. It includes both healthy people and those with stable liver disease (classified as mild, moderate, or severe). The goal is to see if the liver condition affects how the drug works in the body.
