  • You have been diagnosed with gastric cancer through a biopsy.
  • You had a CT scan with contrast dye before surgery.
  • Your initial tests show no spread of cancer to other organs.
  • You received surgery intended to cure the cancer, and doctors have the full pathology report from your operation.
  • You have not had any chemotherapy, radiation, or other treatments for your cancer before surgery.
  • Your CT scan is clear enough for the doctors to evaluate.
