Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and can understand and agree to participate.
  • You have been diagnosed with invasive breast cancer or invasive prostate cancer.
  • You have finished your main curative treatment, like surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation (but you may still be on hormone therapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy).
  • You do not have any active cancer treatment right now (except for the therapies mentioned above).
  • Your cancer has not come back or spread to other parts of the body.
  • You have not had any other type of cancer (except for non-melanoma skin cancer).
