  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can read and write in Turkish.
  • You have a permanent stoma or one that will be in place for at least 6 months.
  • You own a smartphone (iPhone or Android) with internet access.
  • You are able to use apps and have a WhatsApp account for sending forms.
